Our client is one of the largest communication technology companies in the world. They are delivering leading SAAS and mobile technology platforms and solutions which helps people, businesses and things communicate better.

They are currently looking to hire a Business Development Representative for their office in Berlin.

Successful candidate will be responsible for converting already existing and new leads to sales opportunities and respond to all customer enquiries.

Job Description:

As Business Development Representative, you will maintain a sales funnel of high value leads that meet all expected criteria, identify new sales opportunities and exceed personal targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years’ experience

· Appointment setting experience is a must.

· Relevant new business sales experience

  • Strong territory and contact management skills
  • A natural passion and curiosity for technology.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in developing excellent relationship and networking skills
  • Third level education is desirable
  • Experience working in both independent and team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30k-€36k base with €50,000.00 to €55,000.00 OTE /year

Gražina has 5 years’ experience in the full cycle of recruitment (permanent, temporary and contract) having worked for e-Frontiers for 4 years. She is currently a Lead Recruiter within the e-Frontiers Business department managing the Customer LifeCycle team. Grazina is responsible for account management and overseeing delivery of the team specialising in permanent roles for Sales (Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales Management), Customer Relationships, Digital Marketing, Finance, HR and Admin. Gražina is a native of Lithuania and speaks fluent Lithuanian, English, Russian & Polish. She fell in love with Dublin during the St. Patrick's Festival in 2013 and is now well engrained within the Irish culture scene, enjoying the local craic and supporting Dublin's North City Dart's League team.
