Graduate Business Development Representative – IT Start-Up - Central Location!

If the answer is yes, we want you! Our client is looking for an ambitious and determined Business Development Representative to help them expand the clientele.

Client’s Description

Set up in 2012, our Client is a mature Irish SAAS IT Start-up. With more than 40 employees they are expanding further and looking to scale up their Rockstar’s Sales team. You could be the next one!

Let’s focus about The Job:

As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage with potential customers through strategic prospecting. You will be responsible for handling inbound leads and converting them into demonstrations for Account Managers.

On daily basis, you will be in touch with customers trying to figure out their needs and qualify them explaining the solution. You will be working with with English speaking customers covering US, UK, Ireland, South Africa.

You will be also responsible for entering all the data into Zoho CRM database.

The Fit:

We are looking for high-energy and driven professional, with a natural Sales instinct who’s outgoing and confident and will be able to succeed in a Sales function within IT Start-up environment.

If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisation skills, experience with CRM management we are keen to hear back from you. If you are tenacious, if you have a real passion for results, if you gain great satisfaction from converting prospects into qualified leads and you have previous experience in a B2B customer focused role (by telephone or face-to-face) we are definitely looking for you!

The company also provide a full training and if you are quite impatient in a career growth, this role is a stepping stone role into Account Manager position.

1-2 years software sales experience and a Bachelor in, Business studies, Technology, or relevant qualification/s would be considered as a major benefit.


Job Type & Salary:

Full-time / €25-28k + OTE


Very handy location - looking into Liffey River from North side of Dublin. You can take: bus, Red Luas, Dart, the parking slot available or best solution ever with the summer at the doors: walking.

The company is looking to hire ASAP as the previous BDRs are impatient to start as Account Managers.
