Business Development Manager - Ireland

Overview

Our client is a leader in the environmental services sector in Ireland, offering solutions for FMCG industry in contamination control. Facilitated by technology, the system allows instant identification and real-time reporting in order to eradicate the problem. Considering the business expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

?             Sourcing, developing and getting new accounts

?             Identifying customer needs for upselling and cross selling opportunities

?             Installation of smart devices and software in new customer locations

?             Training of the customer and local technician of smart devices and software

?             Working closely with other team members to assist in servicing

Requirements:

?             Pest control knowledge and experience

?             Excellent sales and interpersonal skills

?             Ability to reach and exceed sales and retention targets

?             Ability to work onsite with technical teams and service partners

?             Self-motivated, confident, driven and an ability to thrive in a certain dynamics of changing environments

?             Ability to think on feet and problem solving in areas of ambiguity

?             Valid driving license required
