Client

Our Client has a global footprint across Americas, Europe and Asia, with engagements with most of the fortune 500 companies as its clientele. They are seeking a BDM to generate significant new business sales and revenue in the Retail Sector across Ireland.

Duties

As Business Development Manager you will be reporting to the Sales Director/Head of Sales, create, agree and implement the sales strategy, approach and objectives for the target market for the client, Connect within this industry with key executives like CEO, CFOs, IT Directors etc, Lead end to end sales cycle, Manage relationships where necessary with other vendors and Partners. To identify key opportunities and develop compelling propositions and business cases, sales reporting and pipeline management.

The Candidate

  • Target driven and will focus to achieve results,
  • They will have the ability to forge effective relationships at all levels
  • They will need to believe in the vision and values of the client.
  • Have a track record of sales and or consulting in outsourcing deals within the Retail Sector across Ireland.
  •  Have some high level connects and be recognised in the industry.
  • They will fundamentally understand the territory, the science of consultative selling of IT services.
  • They will need to have an innovative approach, strong negotiation skills and effective business acumen.
