Business Development Manager

Overview

Our client – a leading professional IT cloud and managed service company in the business for over 35 years have identified the need for Business Development professional. Hence hiring for Business Development Manager to shape the direction of their sales and bring new clients on board.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new opportunities, getting leads from referrals, networking, occasional cold calling – setting up appointments and getting new businesses
  • Getting new appointments with customers and presenting possible solutions
  • Converting qualified leads into sales
  • Negotiating deals on a daily basis with key decision makers - CEO, COO, CFO, Business Operations managers
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

 

Qualifications/Skills/ requirement:

  • Experience and proven track record in sales (preferably in IT solutions)
  • Interest in IT and new Technology (desirable)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Mature, trustworthy, able to build relationships
  • Motivated to achieve targets
