OverviewUnderstand business change needs, assess the business impact of those changes and document requirements.
? Assist the business teams in modelling as-is and to-be processes and identifying issues or opportunities for improvement.
? Work on multiple project streams and create detailed system documentation.
? Participate in or support various testing phases including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance.
? Work closely with Quality Assurance Lead and Service Delivery Lead (and other teammates) to gather requirements, assist in the design of new enhancements, functionality, and release planning.
SUMMARY OF ROLE COMPETENCIES
? Three to Five years of experience working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle, with emphasis on software quality assurance and testing.
? Ability to identify design flaws and make recommendations in order to ensure best possible quality outcome.
? Work well under pressure and demonstrate continuous commitment to quality and service.
? Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex and diverse environment with multiple projects and changing demands. ? Effective verbal and written communication skills.
? Excellent analytical and good problem solving skills.
? Strong organisation skills.
? Team oriented, self-starter who owns work to completion with minimal direct supervision.
