Overview
If you are an excellent Business Analyst, we have an attractive short opportunity for you!
You need to have very good communication skills (including written skills, preparing Powerpoint docs, etc.).
It is very desirable that you bring some experience in customer service / contact centres. The role involves working as part of a business case to review a helpdesk system
This contract role is for 4 weeks initially, working with one person from the client’s site team. However, if you are an excellent Business Analyst, it is likely that you will get an extension for new projects.
This role also requires a bit of travel from Dublin to UK.
