Our client is an innovative international company in the FMCG industry, looking to incorporate a Brand & Culture Manager to develop brand strategy, lead marketing innovation and drive consumer awareness.

 

Job Description

The Job:

 

As Brand & Culture Manager, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the Brand & Culture, being responsible for planning and execution all brand communication, drive consumer awareness and brand perception, and establish a credible culture programme for the brand.

 

You will help develop the country’s marketing plan for the brand, and ensure it addresses the challenge to win new consumers and retain existing ones. This includes developing ATL & BTL strategies, product & packaging portfolio, pricing, merchandise, advertising plan, and all day to day brand activities.

 

As Brand & Culture Manager you will also be responsible for the brand media, creating quality content as well as content commercialisation and optimisation of content distribution for online and offline channels (TV, digital, radio, print and mobile).

 

You will lead the culture team in establishing a credible culture with an innovative approach, particularly in the music scene, as well as supporting the creation and execution of sport events.

 

As Brand & Culture Manager you will understand the local customer and conduct market research, taking ownership of the key brand and consumer indicators, ultimately building sustainable business growth.

 

 

Qualifications

The Fit:

Ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership. You will have excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills, as well as effective negotiation skills. Strong brand and product affinity.

 

The Experience:

We’re looking for a marketing professional with 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role working for and FMCG company or in a creative agency working for FMCG brands.

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar is a plus.

Strong knowledge of FMCG industry is required and/or background and interest in sports and/or culture marketing and the media business.

You will have clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, consumer behaviour, and be up to date on digital trends.

Strong planning and budgetary skills.

 

The Salary:

Up to €55k + 20% Bonus.
