Associate Partner Private Banking/Wealth Management

Overview

  • Lead our clients UK Banking/Wealth practice around digital transformation and operational excellence topics by making key contributions to business development, talent management, and oversight of delivery work
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients’ senior management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organizations
  • Identify opportunities, articulate our clients value, and support selling services to both new and existing clients
  • Develop thought leadership in the digital transformation and operational excellence spaces by publishing articles,
  • 6-10 years of banking or wealth management experience at a management consulting firm 
  • A track record of business development and sales success is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage teams across multiple clients
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Kenneth has been with e-Frontiers for the past 4 years and heads up the UK branch of e-Frontiers. Kenneth comes from a technical sales background having worked in FS and hospitality industries both in Ireland and the UK. Graduated with a degree in Sport Science from UL he has progressed into more commercial roles upon leaving college. For e-Frontiers Kenneth manages the relationships between e-Frontiers and our UK clients across IT, Business and Executive Search and ensures we deliver what we promise.
