Our client is well establish online Sports Betting and Gaming brand company. With over 100 employees they are looking to hire Affiliate Marketing Manager on a full time basis).

Job Description

The Job:

Affiliate marketing activity, customer acquisition, partnerships, affiliates, affiliate promotions, costs, forums, events, demand planning, sales initiatives, analytics, competitor benchmarking - this is bread and butter of the role.


You would be fully entrusted to develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to acquire more customers.

On a daily basis you will be tasked to deliver affiliate marketing activities for all parts of the affiliate channel; manage customer acquisitions through affiliate partnerships; collaborate with all Affiliates; ensure that all activities are sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated to monitor ROI.

As a manager you will take care of one direct report and help executive to achieve the goals by continuous support and mentoring.

We know, that affiliate marketing might be not an easy bite. Affiliate marketing knowledge, commercial acumen and building relationships are crucial here and once these are in place than management and other colleagues will give you full support to smash the targets!



The Fit:

I believe you are already interested in the role. If you have previous (at least 3 years) experience in affiliate marketing, strong commercial sense, people management skills and ability to ensure customer acquisition in line with ROI - role is the right opportunity for you. Ideally, we are looking for a person having experience in Online betting company, Online casino or sportsbook, but understanding the limitation we are going to review all the candidates available ASAP.



The Experience – once more:

Now, this is an important piece. One more, we are looking for great collaboration skills; experience in New Customer Acquisition and ROI, working knowledge working with Affiliates.


The Salary:

€60-70k p.a.
