Administration Assistant

 

Our client is an American biotechnology company focused on science to develop efficient therapies to the patients. They have offices and facilities in the United States, South America, Asia, and Europe. At the moment we are hiring for an Administration Assistant position for their office based in Dublin 2. 

 

Responsibilities

  1. Assisting members of the senior management team with a range of administration duties
  2. Coordinate travel requirements, expenses and related administration
  3.  Calendar management for senior management
  4. Representing senior management and ensure a range of Pharma sector compliance requirements are completed in an accurate and timely manner    
  5. Other duties as may be required

 

Requirements

  1.  Experience in an administration role. Preference will be given to candidates from a regulated industry such as Financial Services, Pharma, Etc.
  2.  Have strong knowledge and need to understand the process, expectations and consequences for the environment.
  3.  Sales/marketing admin experience.

 

Salary will be dependent on experience and the role allows for on-going career progression.
