Salary:  €35 - 40k per year

Job Location: Our client is based in Central Dublin

Our Client is a fast-growing SAAS organization that allows companies to communicate in a more efficient way, delivering a significantly better “customer experiences”.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant who will be working closely with the Head of Finance in supporting the delivery of management information, responsible for processing accounting data and other ad hoc accounts responsibilities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain AP and AR ledgers and payments
  • Measuring and managing accounts, KPIs and internal reports
  • Reconciliations of financial discrepancies
  • Verification of payments documents
  • Preparation and updating of finance procedures
  • Assistance with general ad hoc duties and projects as they arise

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in working for a B2B Finance environment with proven track of changing and improving processes
  • Experience in Microsoft applications including Excel
  • Experience in the use of accounting software
  • Excellent administration and communication skills, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Finance qualification and knowledge of accounting principles is mandatory
  • Minimum 2-3 years similar experience
