Account Manager Infor SunSystems

You will join the Infor FMS team, and deliver regular, profitable sales to achieve annual gross margin target. To do this, you will have an in depth understanding of Infors propositions and be able to present these in line with the clients requirement. You will continuously develop and maintain relationships with high profile clients providing top class account management and development of these key accounts.
You will also:
· Sell the complete range of Infor and client business solutions
· Attending client meetings, and marketing events such as seminars and exhibitions
· Engage constructively with the marketing department to develop strategic campaign plans to generate sales opportunities
· Produce high quality, technically and commercially sound quotations / proposals, adhering to company procedures and standards
· Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of customers, contacts, sales activity and sales forecasts
· Engage with clients where necessary to escalate support / professional service issues, working with the Senior Management Team to resolve in timely and professional manner
· Manage the sales process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the client purchase order, and monitor the implementation to ensure successful service delivery.
The right candidate will be:
An experienced field based Account Manager who has been successfully working in the Business Management//ERP software field for a number of years.
You should have a strong and solid background with good job continuity.
Knowledge of Infor systems.
Flexible to travel.
