Client’s Description

Our client is an Information and Communication Technology consulting firm. They specialize in providing world-class telecommunication services across Ireland.

 

The role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible in selling new business and retaining existing business; establish and maintain excellent business relationships at the appropriate levels with customers; and introduce new wave technology to existing customers and use this technology to leverage new business into new customers.
 

Responsibilities of the Account Manager includes:

· Building and maintaining a rapport with existing clients

· Deliver growth from the client base

· Ensure the rollover of existing client contracts

· Identification of new carriers; engaging with, presenting to and signing agreements and new revenue lines

· Ensure all sales orders meet finance and sales management requirements

· Work with the implementation and account development team as needed to ensure customer success, and to identify and pursue up-sell opportunities

 

The Experience:

We’re looking for a professional individual who can demonstrate record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment. Someone enthusiastic with strong business, market and commercial awareness.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in field sales, preferably selling telecoms solutions and services in Ireland.
  • Experience in wholesale telecommunications, voice and broadband.
  • Flexible and Team player individual capable of adapting in a high-growth dynamic environment

 

The Salary: €60k + OTE

Location: Dublin or Limerick
